Freeze Parsley

Here is a quick tip: When you have excess parsley that you know you won't get to use before going bad.
Put it in a plastic bag and pop into the freezer. When you need some for a recipe scrunch the bag of parsley and it will get broken into tiny pieces , saves finely chopping it . A real time saver!
