Years ago I used to make kombucha from herbal teas for a little while, not sure now why I stopped making it. It has been around for thousands of years and is supposed to be good for your health. Yesterday I ordered a kombucha fungus online and I'm going to start making it again. I'd love to hear if any one else makes it , today I'm going to re read my kombucha book that I bought years ago when I first started making it. It was interesting I saw my book in my bookshelf the other day then stumbled on a blog where a lady was making it, so I'm taking it as a sign from the spirit world to start making it again . I'll post more about it when it arrives next week hopefully....
