HUGGING IS GOOD FOR YOU
I always knew that hugging felt good and made me happier. Here’s some other benefits:
Helps dispel loneliness
It slows down aging
It helps curb your appetite
Eases tension
Helps fight insomnia
Keeps arm and shoulder muscles in condition
Provides stretching exercise if you are short
Provides bending exercise if you are tall
Its a healthy alternative—better hugs than drugs
You need 3 hugs a day to maintain your health—more than that will actually help improve your health.
So get hugging!
Hehe! Love the point: Keeps arm and shoulder muscles in condition.
ReplyDeleteI send you a big *hug*.
You neglect the facts about virtual hugs. They make you feel better and smile.
:)
Hooray for hugging!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. A Hug-a-holic here!
ReplyDeleteI agree! Hubby is FIFO and I have no kids, so by the time he gets home after his 2 weeks away, I am literally starving for human touch! Lucky I have pussy cats to cuddle, but the physical and emotional relief I feel when I get a human hug, after a while of none, is very real.
